Introduction

Georgia Mouyis is an Industrial Psychologist who offers a range of Human Capital Advisory services. She collaborates with clients to engage, advance and manage talent to ensure long term business success and sustainability. As a psychologist and human capital specialist she views herself as a behavioural expert who is strongly mindful of the individuality, situational and systemic nature of individuals, teams and organisations. Therefore, while keeping abreast of best practice and industry trends, services are tailor made to meet the unique needs of each of client. Each intervention is strongly grounded in the theory of psychology and is delivered with a sense of practicality and business mindedness.

The practice is built on the principles of:

•  Providing the best possible solutions for clients which are practical and make business sense,

•  Applying world class practices in the area of Human Capital and,

•  Understanding how the human capital of an organisation adds value and is aligned to its strategic success.

As a result, work is done in collaboration with clients in order to understand specific needs and to develop and implement the optimal outcome. My mission is to ensure customer success by stretching the boundaries to the point where everyone knows that they are part of the solution.
